Refund Policy

At vintageartistic.com, item sold are not returnable except the item was damaged during delivery process by the courier company.

Item eligible for return/exchange:

• Damage occur during transit.
• Totally wrong product.
• Note : Colors displayed on website might varied from the original item due to viewing from different monitors and screens

The return items must be unused and must keep the original receipt of the payment.

Refunds Instructions

• Keep the original receipt and take photos of the damaged packaging before sending back to us.
• We will access the conditions of the item and arrange for replacement or refund if we verified that the item is damaged by courier company.
• Please contact us and we will file a claim with the courier company.
